All our studios are full-featured equipped with Kitchen set up with everything, private bathroom, wi-fi, Smart- tv- sat,45" to 55" independent air-conditioning, h24 sanitizer, private parking in facility, open 24su24.

We perform full-hotellerie service. An abundant breakfast both sweet and savory is included and set up daily directly in the room with coffee machine with pods of various flavors both traditional and decaffeinated and kettle for infusions and herbal teas of various kinds. Upon prior notice, it can be customized in functions of food allergies and intolerances. The free mini bar is set up with different types of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, natural and sparkling water, fruit juices of various kinds, eggs, yogurt, sliced meats of typical of our area, cheeses etc...

In the facility we have an agritouristic restaurant with typical Bolognese cuisine and with local products, open by reservation, Thursday, Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch
